After graduating from the Business Administration Program at Thompson Rivers University, she started her career in banking. Quickly achieving her Canadian Mutual Funds license, she strived every day to help others get ahead in life. With financial advice and mortgage writing as her expertise, Erin appreciates that everyone’s needs and budgets are different in life. She brings her strong financial background and positive attributes to the team.
Real estate is the biggest investment of your life. After being behind the scenes of real estate transactions. She soon realized she wanted to be the exploring the city and helping her clients find their most important asset of their life. “I truly love our home and feel that it is our own personal getaway. I want to help others find their own deserved getaway.”
Erin has been involved in many community events with the Kamloops Food Bank. Working with Feed the Valley charity events and Coordinating a Food Truck Festival in Tobiano to raise 760 lbs of food and $450 in donations. Kamloops Food Bank is a soft spot for Erin, filling cupboards with food really makes a home feel like home.
Born and raised in British Columbia’s beautiful Interior, Erin believes a key to a healthy, happy life is balance. Whether she is exploring different cities or visiting delicious restaurants, Erin loves spending time with her friends and family. Practicing yoga all year round, snowshoeing, hiking, camping, or kayaking she is proud to say she is a resident in Kamloops, BC.
Jody’s refreshingly positive attitude and passion for real estate make her an exciting new addition to The Finch Group. She approaches challenges with the flexibility, patience, and drive needed to arrive at the best possible outcome for her clients. Knowledgeable, energetic and
organized, she is a tenacious negotiator who always has her client’s best interests at heart. Jody’s excellent communication skills compliment her innate attention to detail and genuine caring and concern for each person she encounters. Prior to embarking upon her career in real estate Jody worked in the food and wine industry, owning her own bistro as well as working in sales at several B.C. wineries. These pursuits coincided with working full time as a Certified Education Assistant in the school system for the past 20 years, primarily working with at risk youth. Jody has a passion for home design and decor as well as food and wine and loves to entertain.
She endeavors to have an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoys being outside camping, cycling and running.
LaBri moved to Kamloops in 2014, shortly after graduating from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She transitioned into a career in real estate after starting her career with 4 years in the health and wellness profession, working with injured individuals as a Kinesiologist. Her experience in that field gained her a thorough understanding of people’s needs and desires.
LaBri is originally from Wichita, Kansas and moved to Canada at age 20 to pursue her degree from UBC. She loves spending time on her family’s ranch in Knutsford and taking part in any sort of outdoor pursuit, but fly fishing takes up most of her free time. She enjoys quality time with her husband, Brent and 4 year old German Shepherd named Chief. LaBri also has a passion for competitive cheerleading, and is actively involved as a Coach with Freeze Athletics, here in Kamloops.
The home buying process is an exciting time, and LaBri is looking forward to helping her client’s find their own little piece of real estate paradise. Kamloops is a beautiful city with amazing properties everywhere you look. Whether it’s investing in a rental property or buying that beautiful place by the lake, LaBri will bring enthusiasm and passion to every deal.
Rae moved to Kamloops seven years ago from the sunny Shuswap and is happy to call beautiful Kamloops her home. Before joining RE/MAX, she worked various jobs within the banking industry and quickly became a leader and mentor for all the staff she worked with. Rae started her career in Real Estate three years ago with RE/MAX. She started in reception, moved into conveyancing quickly after then joined the Finch Group as their Sales Coordinator and is now in the role of team administrator for the Kamloops House Hunters.
She takes pride in her strong attention to detail and meticulous organization skills. She loves the challenges of learning new things and has a thirst for knowledge and building strong new relationships. Her goal is to make your sale and/or purchase as easy as possible and offer her help from start to finish!
Outside of work Rae spends her time exploring all Kamloops has to offer with her amazing son and fiance. Whether we’re hiking the incredible trails, swimming in the lakes or checking out the farmer’s market, Rae believes that life is an adventure!
Sanja is one of the newer agents at Kamloops House Hunters! Sanja has a lot of experience with moving and relocating. She grew up in Zagreb, Croatia, as well as Edmonton, Alberta. Then as an adult, she has lived in California, Croatia, Ontario, and finally settling in Kamloops in 2015. She has a young family with two girls, ages two and four, and her husband works at TRU in the outdoor adventure program. Real Estate has been her passion for a very long time and she knows how important it is to find a place to call home especially when relocating to a new place. She has been a registered nurse for 15 years, working in Critical Care and helping patients and families overcome their most challenging and emotional times. She is now ready to help people in a new role as a real estate professional, finding homes that will perfectly suit the needs of her buyers. Sanja is energetic, knowledgeable, and likes to have fun. The process of searching for a home should be an enjoyable experience so Sanja will take on any stresses of the buying process and let you, the buyer, fully enjoy the experience.
Terry is really excited to be joining The Finch Group.
Raised in Kamloops, Terry has also lived in several provinces and went to college in the Okanagan. After college he moved to Mexico for 2 years and began selling undeveloped ocean front real estate, ultimately finding his passion.
Since returning to Kamloops, Terry has made community a focus, being part of several service groups, including Rotary International. In 2013 Terry went to Nepal and worked on a Developing World Connections project and recently found a new passion supporting the ALS Society of BC.
In his free time Terry enjoys travelling, having been to 10 countries in the past 3 years. He also loves cycling, cooking, gardening and has a strong affinity for his family life.
