Amanda has joined the Finch group in the role of contract administrator. She ensures that all required documentation is received and contracts will be organized and completed in an efficient and timely manner. She is behind the scenes from your first signature to after you move into your new home. With her advanced background in administration, taxation and banking, and over a decade in customer service excellence, she is a perfect fit for this role.
Living in the Thompson/Okanagan since she was five, she maintains a very busy life with two young boys and an equally busy husband. She always takes a moment to embrace happiness in her life and her time spent with her family ranks as the utmost importance. She spends her spare time at their family’s recreational property riding ATV’s, target shooting, fishing and just chilling beside the campfire loving the outdoors.
Amanda truly believes that “everything happens for a reason”. Everything good or bad is brought upon us to teach us, guide us and inspire us to keep moving. Every day is a lesson learned if we choose it to be.

After graduating from the Business Administration Program at Thompson Rivers University, she started her career in banking. Quickly achieving her Canadian Mutual Funds license, she strived every day to help others get ahead in life. With financial advice and mortgage writing as her expertise, Erin appreciates that everyone’s needs and budgets are different in life. She brings her strong financial background and positive attributes to the team.
Real estate is the biggest investment of your life. After being behind the scenes of real estate transactions. She soon realized she wanted to be the exploring the city and helping her clients find their most important asset of their life. “I truly love our home and feel that it is our own personal getaway. I want to help others find their own deserved getaway.”
Erin has been involved in many community events with the Kamloops Food Bank. Working with Feed the Valley charity events and Coordinating a Food Truck Festival in Tobiano to raise 760 lbs of food and $450 in donations. Kamloops Food Bank is a soft spot for Erin, filling cupboards with food really makes a home feel like home.
Born and raised in British Columbia’s beautiful Interior, Erin believes a key to a healthy, happy life is balance. Whether she is exploring different cities or visiting delicious restaurants, Erin loves spending time with her friends and family. Practicing yoga all year round, snowshoeing, hiking, camping, or kayaking she is proud to say she is a resident in Kamloops, BC.

As a mom of two youngsters, she spends time shuttling them to their various extra-curricular activities. She is the loudest mom on the soccer field and if she knew how to whistle she would be the loudest mom at her daughter’s ballet recitals.

Sandra is our Operations Manager, providing administrative support to the entire team and managing our listings & ensuring communication with our clients. She joined the team in January 2015, having previously worked as a licenced Realtor & Property Manager.
Sandra loves the challenge and variety in her work. She is inspired by, and very adept at, the juggling act of managing multiple projects, timelines and communications. Her self-motivation, level of commitment and organizational skills are assets in her role with us.
Sandra prides herself on being a positive and productive team member contributing to the team's success and enjoys the energy and focus of the Finch Group. She enjoys getting to know our clients and helping make the sale or purchase of real estate seamless for them.
Sandra values her work/life balance and spends a lot of her non-work time playing outside in the sunny Kamloops climate with her husband Roman. She loves yoga, good wine, good books and spending time with good friends. She believes you get out what you put in to life!
Terry is really excited to be joining The Finch Group.
Raised in Kamloops, Terry has also lived in several provinces and went to college in the Okanagan. After college he moved to Mexico for 2 years and began selling undeveloped ocean front real estate, ultimately finding his passion.
Since returning to Kamloops, Terry has made community a focus, being part of several service groups, including Rotary International. In 2013 Terry went to Nepal and worked on a Developing World Connections project and recently found a new passion supporting the ALS Society of BC.
In his free time Terry enjoys travelling, having been to 10 countries in the past 3 years. He also loves cycling, cooking, gardening and has a strong affinity for his family life.
